These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between ConnectSphere ("we" or "us") and users ("you") in relation to all services provided by the platform.

The following terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:

1. "Service" refers to all online and offline activities provided by ConnectSphere.
2. "User" refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms and enters into a service agreement with us.
3. "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers chosen by the user and approved by us for identification and service access.
4. "Password" refers to a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters set by the user to protect their account.

1. We display these Terms of Service prominently on the service’s homepage for easy access.
2. We may modify these Terms in compliance with applicable laws.
3. If we modify these Terms, we will notify you of the changes and their effective date at least 7 days in advance.
4. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may discontinue using the service and terminate your account.

1. We provide the following services:
   • Weekend friendship and activity matching services.
   • Interest-based group activities.
   • Other supplementary services as determined by us.
2. We will notify you in advance of any changes to the service’s content, methods, or availability, including the effective date of such changes.

1. To become a user, you must provide the required information in our registration form.
2. Membership is established upon our approval of your registration.
3. We may deny registration if:
   • You are under 18 years old.
   • You use someone else’s identity.
   • You provide false information.
   • Your application is intended to disrupt public order or morals.
   • You fail to meet other registration requirements set by us.

1. We may restrict or suspend services in the following cases:
   • Maintenance or upgrades of service infrastructure.
   • Disruptions by telecommunication providers.
   • Other unavoidable circumstances.
2. We may limit or suspend services during emergencies, power outages, system failures, or excessive usage that impacts normal operations.

1. You must not:
   • Use another person’s information.
   • Intentionally disrupt service operations.
   • Post obscene or illegal content.
   • Engage in activities that violate applicable laws or our policies.
2. You must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and any service-related guidelines or notices.

You are prohibited from engaging in the following actions, and violations may result in service restrictions or legal action:

1. Engaging in or implying compensated relationships.
2. Posting obscene, explicit, or inappropriate content.
3. Defaming or slandering others.
4. Stalking, harassing, or threatening others.
5. Collecting personal data for illegal or inappropriate purposes.
6. Engaging in fraud or other illegal activities.
7. Any actions that violate applicable laws or Google Ads policies.

1. You may discontinue using the service and delete your account at any time.
2. We may restrict or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Upon account termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1. We are not liable for service disruptions due to natural disasters or similar unavoidable circumstances.
2. We are not responsible for service issues caused by your actions.
3. We are not liable for any failure to achieve expected benefits or losses incurred through service use.
4. We do not intervene in or assume liability for disputes between users or between users and third parties related to service use.

1. We and you will make every effort to resolve service-related disputes amicably.
2. If a dispute leads to litigation, it will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business.

These Terms of Service are effective as of August 22, 2025.
